About Our Company
Having successfully led and assisted a number of organizations in the industry throughout the Caribbean and North America over the last 40 years, we have accumulated a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and hotel operations. Our lead consultant, Mr. Paul Pennicook, has managed hotels, led sales and marketing for two hotel groups, as well as Air Jamaica, and has served as Director of Tourism for Jamaica on two occasions. His most recent position was that of CEO for the Curacao Tourist Board.
We have a range of Associates with specific expertise across disciplines, and we can call upon these as needed. As a team, we have been successful in reorganizing operational strategies and reducing administrative costs, thus leading to improved operational and financial performance. We have experience with the private sector (hotels and resorts), as well as public sector (governments), and we want to share our knowledge and expertise to advance positive development in this ever changing hospitality industry. The core of our mission is to offer advice and counsel in three key areas: Investment Strategy, Destination Management and Marketing, and Hotel Operations, including Customer Service Training.
